VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

The success of the North Carolina Azalea Festival is made possible through the hard work and dedication of a large corps of community volunteers. Nearly 100 volunteer committees plan and organize events such as the Parade, the Street Fair, and the community clean-up called Azalea Sweep, as well as critical operations such as communications, transportation, sponsor relations, and event hospitality.

INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING FOR THE 2026 FESTIVAL? Please review the following information!

Here’s how it works:

1. Complete the Form – Share your contact information and let us know which Festival events you’re most interested in.

2. Individual or Group Registration – Some volunteer opportunities allow for groups. If you’re registering a group, only one person needs to complete this form and will be responsible for passing along instructions and updates to the rest of the group. (The whole group is welcome to attend the volunteer meeting if they’d like!)

3. We’ll Connect You – Our team will use your responses to match you with the appropriate committee chairs.
